Better whisper suggestion
I think whispering to target character is important way of communication, but too difficult to do at the moment. First you need to pick your target (easy part), but then you need a) type his name to the chat window or b) copy paste it, which is remotely handy, but doesnt work every time for some reason. This takes time.
Now, how to make it easier? Just place whisper icon next to the target player's name top of the screen, which you could just click.
Like this, click and whisper. Easy and fun:

Just an idea.

I don't really see the need for this, if you want to whisper someone in the same place as you i presume thats because they've advertised or something.. in which case you just click on their name in the chat pannel.
Or maybe its someone from your guild, in which case you use guild chat, maybe its even a friend and thats what the friends list is for.

Even in this case the button would make it _easier_. Usually the chat is scrolling down 80 mph and it's quite a pain to catch the name you want from there. This shouldn't even be too difficult to implement, because the mechanism is already used in game.
And this could also work other way too. Meaning that you could somehow select target from chat-window. Just because making someone your target is only way to locate him with your compass.
These are just a little things to make things a little easier.
